Priešgaisriniai rezervuarai

Design, manufacture, supply and assembly of above-ground cylindrical fire protection tanks of various volumes. The tanks can serve as a source of water for stationary fire-fighting systems, fire sprinkler systems and external fires.

We can also offer tanks for storing water for food grade and thermo-cooling purposes.

Standards

Upon client 's request, we will make commercial offer, prepare the foundation and tank design, deliver and assemble the tanks according to the following standards:

  •  EN 12845 Stationary fire-fighting systems. Automatic sprinkler systems. Design, installation and maintenance.
  •  FM Global approvals. FM Standards for fire reservoirs.

Advantages of reservoirs

  • Large volume tanks are available from 10m3 to 3000m3, dimensions can be selected on request, and a wide range of colours allows to meet almost any requirements. Possibility to combine several tanks.
  • High quality of materials and assembly, anti-corrosion and hygienic protection.
  • Water freeze guarantee. The walls and roof of the tanks can be insulated with XPS or EPS temperature insulating panels of the chosen thickness on request, as well as with heating elements allows to keep the temperature of the water at a positive level during the cold season.
  • Quick and easy assembly of the tanks within 2-3 weeks. During special assembly, the tank is assembled without the need for heavy machinery, reducing overall costs.
  • Tightness. The interior of the tank is covered with an individually manufactured PVC membrane, which ensures a complete tightness.
  • Quick servicing in case of repairs, high mechanical resistance and a tank life of up to 35 years.
  • Possibility to deliver the elements and make the installation work in any country, in any season.
  • The low weight of the tank , as well as the possibility to dismantle and reassemble the tank at another location, can give you the flexibility you need for your projects.

Production

Once the design is approved, it takes 6-8 weeks to manufacture the tank elements. Metal sheets and components are prepared individually for each project, considering the load of the liquid, seismic zone of the site, wind loads and environmental influences.

 Workflow

1. Presenting a proposal based on the project and individual requests.

2. Signing the contract. Drawing up and signing the contract on the basis of both parties.

3. Drawing of the foundation and reservoir connections based on the design solutions.

4. Dispatch of the foundation guidelines and the structural drawing of the tank, start of production of the tank elements.

5. Delivery of equipment, sheets, insulation and other elements to the construction site.

6. Assembly of the tank. Once the foundation is ready and the materials are on site, a qualified team of workers arrives. The tank is assembled using external hydraulic lifts. The steel structure is lifted until the internal insulation is installed, the membrane is laid and the equipment is assembled. The tank is fixed to the concrete with anchoring bolts.

7. Leakage test. After completion of the installation work, the water shall be filled into the tank. When the water reaches the 1.5 metre mark, the flange connections shall be checked. In the second stage, the reservoir is filled to its nominal volume. The test duration is 24 to 48 hours according to standards.

8. Testing of electrical equipment. The operation of the electrical equipment, the level measuring elements including the control cabinet shall be checked. The automatic system does not allow the heating elements to start until the minimum water level in the tank is reached.

9. Certification. After all the tests have been completed, we will provide the necessary declarations, warranties and other necessary documents.

10. The construction site will be cleaned up.

There are two options for connecting the pipes of the tanks:

  • Connections through the side of the tank.
  • Connections through the foundation of the tank.
  • *Mixed options are also possible.
